Blueberry Cream Pie

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 9-inch unbaked graham cracker pie shell
  • 2 cups canned ready-to-use blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

Combine sour cream, sugar, flour, salt, almond extract and eggs; beat well. Pour into a 9-inch pie shell. Bake in preheated 375-degree oven 30 minutes; remove. Spread blueberry filling over hot pie; cool. When chilled, whip cream; spread on top of pie. Serve chilled.

Yield: 6 servings.
