Blueberry Torte

• 16 graham crackers, crushed or 1 1/4 cup prepared crumbs
• 5 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 11 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
• 3 eggs
• 1 can prepared blueberry pie filling

Mix cracker crumbs, butter and 1/2 cup sugar; press into a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Mix cheese with remaining sugar. Add eggs, one at a time; beat thoroughly. Pour mixture in crumb-covered dish; bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees; cool. Spoon pie filling over top; chill. Top with whipped cream or Dream Whip, if desired.

Yield: 10-12 servings.
